Three-time world champion Jonas Andersson has joined Team Abu Dhabi for the forthcoming 2026 F1H2O World Championship.

Andersson ran with Team Sweden for the 2025 World Championship, where he finished in second place, nine points behind Shaun Torrente. Meanwhile Team Abu Dhabi came fifth in the Teams' World Championship, and will be hoping that the addition of Andersson to their roster will boost their fortunes this year.
